Jason Henson, PLS and Brian Bell have been friends since childhood in Blairsville, GA. They each went to Southern Polytechnic State University and worked for other surveying companies in the Atlanta Metro area before becoming partners. Together they have over 40 years of surveying experience

Please have your property information such as street address (if applicable), subdivision name and lot number, tax parcel number, full name of existing owner and what Georgia County it is located in when you call. Please describe what is needed and what your time frame is and we will look up your information and hopefully be able to give you a quote as soon as we call. Are you a builder, bank or lending institution, developer or general contractor? We are looking for long-term relationships with a few more select companies and would like to tell you about our services.
We perform Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, foundation surveys for banks, As-built location survey, Construction layout and staking, Retracement Lot Survey, Plats, and new subdivision surveys. We can subdivide small or large tracts. Currently, we are unable to provide services which ONLY INCLUDE FINDING YOUR PROPERTY CORNERS and STAKING or FLAGGING OF YOUR PROPERTY LINES. Also, we no longer provide Erosion and Sediment Control plans (E&S), but have an Engineer that we work with that can. Lastly, we are only licensed in GEORGIA. There is MINIMUM charge of $500 for any service.
